Over the Hill Orchards, in Lumston, SK, selected the best tasting strawberry variety out of a group of 20 they tested, and grow them in recycled eaves troughs.Their Prairie Strawberry Spread has incredible ‘wild’ strawberry-like flavour, half the sugar of jam, and the ingredients are Certified Organic; what can be better than that?
Please note that since Over the Hill Orchards does not use preservatives, and use very little sugar, it is recommended that the spread be consumed within two months of opening.
