Developed over 70 years, the University of Saskatchewan’s Dwarf Sour Cherries (Prairie Cherries™) have become a sensation on the prairies. They have incredible tart cherry flavour, dark coloured juice, and very high anti-oxidant levels. Our Prairie Cherry™ Spread has wonderful flavour, less than half the sugar of jam, and our ingredients are Certified Organic; what can be better than that?
Please note that since Over the Hill Orchards does not use preservatives, and use very little sugar, it is recommended that the spread be consumed within two months of opening.
