Daiya vegan cheese is made entirely from plant-based ingredients.
NOTE: Once the package opened, the Daiya should be consumed within 2 weeks.
Daiya Foods has confirmed that this product is freezable without changes in texture or flavour but like other frozen foods, it should not be refrozen after thawing. Freezing small portions might therefore be worth your while if you don’t plan on eating all of it within that time.
