Delivery & Pick-up Schedule
We have re-opened our Fresh Box weekly delivery subscription ‘Sign Ups’!
Thank you for your patience while we had a temporary hold and ensured we could provide the continued level of service our regular customers deserve and expect.
Those wishing to place a (stand alone) GROCERY/PRODUCE ORDERS FOR PICK UP ONLY * please place your SHOPPING CART order at https://www.freshoption.ca/shop/ .
After your order is submitted from the website, please call us during business hours with your Visa or Mastercard information at (204) 772-1479 so we can begin processing your order. We will let you know at that time when your order will be ready, and if necessary will contact you once the order is ready if there are items out of stock that you wish to wait for. We are currently processing next day orders in most cases.
PICK UP PROCEDURE: There are 2 parking spots in front of our warehouse at 1338 Clifton St. Knock upon arrival and wait the bottom of the stairs. We will ask your name and bring your order out. We kindly request that you respect these Physical Distancing measures while the recommendations are in effect.
PICK UP times:
Weekdays 8:15 – 4:15. We will notify you when the order is ready
See below for which evening we deliver to your area. For those living outside of Winnipeg, let us know when you’d like to pick-up. We are not able to ship orders outside of our delivery range at this time.
The current route schedules are as follows:
Tuesday Evenings (5:30 – 9:30 pm)
North – Maples, Garden City, North End, West Kildonan, East Kildonan, Point Douglas, Transcona. South – St. Vital, Fort Garry, Fort Richmond, Southdale, Sage Creek, Island Lakes, Sage Greek
Wednesday Evenings (5:30 – 9:30 pm)
West / SouthWest / Core – St. James, Charleswood, Tuxedo, Downtown, West End, Exchange District, St. Boniface, Linden Woods, Whyte Ridge, Waverley Heights
Thursday Evenings (5:30 – 9:30 pm)
Central – Wolseley, Osborne Village, Fort Rouge, Riverview, Crescentwood (Corydon area north of Grant), River Heights, West Broadway
